Terms of Service & cancellation policy– Sahara Horizons

1. Acceptance of Terms  

By accessing and using the services provided by Sahara Horizons, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

 

2. Services Provided  

Sahara Horizons offers excursions and tours across Morocco, including Marrakech and surrounding regions. All services are subject to availability and booking confirmation and may be modified due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational requirements.

 

3. Booking and Payments  

A completed booking form and payment are required to confirm any reservation. Payments may be made online or on-site, depending on the service. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will not be affected by price adjustments.

 

4. Cancellation and Refunds

- Cancellations made 7+ days before the tour: 100% refund.

- Cancellations made 3–6 days before the tour: 50% refund.

- Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure: no refund.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email. 

If Sahara Horizons cancels a tour due to circumstances beyond our 

control, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

 

5. Client Responsibilities and Conduct  

Clients agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Sahara Horizons and its tour guides. Any behavior that endangers safety or disrupts the experience of others may result in removal from the tour without refund.

 

6. Health and Safety  

Clients are responsible for informing Sahara Horizons of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect their ability to participate in a tour. Participation is at the client’s own risk.

 

7. Liability  

Sahara Horizons is not responsible for personal injuries, loss, damage, or delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, transportation issues, or actions of third-party providers.

 

8. Changes to Terms  

Sahara Horizons reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
